who are we?


Laura has been producing CONTENT for  OVER A DECADE. She has devised original DIGITAL CONTENT for BBC Strictly Come Dancing, MTV, BBC Radio 4, Audible and more. She also TRAINED AS A LAWYER IN THERE SOMEWHERE.LAURA IS THE CREATIVE FORCE AT THE HEART OF CURLY AND NOTHING GOES OUT THE DOOR WITHOUT HER OVERSEEING IT.

Before curly, Emma worked as Head of Development at a number of TV indies. She has overseen the development of major factual TV shows in the US and UK. She also worked at Channel 4 Indie Growth Fund. EMMA MANAGES THE SMOOTH RUNNING OF CURLY AND WALKS SID THE OFFICE DOG.

YaS is an all- round creative with a passion for youth audiences. Yas has had a varied and creative career. From being a producer at Rinse FM to DJ’ing to to producing DIGITAL content for Azeema TO DIGITAL CONTENT DEVELOPMENT FOR CURLY.

Nicole Bartlett -
 HEAD OF ProducTION

Nicole is an experienced producer working across editorial and production management. She's had experience working across the TV and digital landscape working on shows for Netflix, National Geographic, TikTok and more. We don't know what we'd do without her!

Hazi Adamu - Social Content Creative and Researcher

Hazi is a Gen Z creative with a passion for TikTok and all things content. From working for Chicken Shop Date to Bleach London, Hazi has an ever growing bank of social knowledge.

Alina is a video editor specialising in creating dynamic documentary style content using mixed media tools. She worked with VICE, Refinery 29, Noisey, L’Oréal, Estée Lauder, Factice magazine  and others.

Coco is a freelance SENIOR Producer with over a decade of experience in the TV industry, working on shows for Apple+, Netflix, BBC and Channel 4. Having worked across casting, story producing, directing and the edit, she IS AN ALL-ROUNDER AND INCREDIBLY SAFE PAIR OF HANDS ON THE SHOWS SHE TOUCHES.
